Summary
For Humming Homes' new product launch, I was the main designer of the new website from a revamp of the homepage to all the individual service pages, based on the membership marketing needs. Throughout the entire process, I worked closely to collaborate with the Front End Engineering team and the entire leadership team (CEO, COO, Head of Marketing).

We needed to increase our customer base in existing markets through our new offerings
The Goal:
Redesign the current side to learn more about our new product offerings and be able to collect appropriate marketing fields through the 'Learn More' process.

Process Overview
01 Ideation Process
Redesign the current side to learn more about our new product offerings and be able to collect appropriate marketing fields through the 'Learn More' process.
02 Iterations
After the first iteration of the redesign, there were multiple rounds of feedback, from collaborators such as the Engineering team to the Product team. One of the main priorities was the flow to sign up for more information.
03 Launch and Roll Out
After rounds of iteration on the redesign itself and rolling the site out and testing it through a test site, we then launched the site to the public. This created a significant change in information hierarchy and content structure throughout the site.
Feature Focus
There were key targets on specific pages and features to improve on and focus in on.
FEATURE #1
The Home page and
an updated information hierarchy.
While the site prior to the redesign was easy to read, it lacked a level of information hierarchy and needed to be adjusted, based on what information would be the considering factor for a potential customer to commit to a membership.
FEATURE #2
The Membership page needed to sell the product.
There was a disconnect between what the product offered and how that information was being communicated to the user. One of the main features was to focus on the membership, which should clearly explain the benefits and how Humming Homes handles all your home maintenance within its app.
FEATURE #3
The importance of the 'Learn More' Flow.
It was important to gather information from potential new customers and selling them the product through different communication methods (ie. Hubspot, etc.) and bringing them through a Lead Form Flow.



The Final
Product
With a focus on its main features, we rolled out the final product on the day of the new product launch. There were noticeable improvements throughout the site and created a clear and consistent content structures for user growth and acquisition of new members.
